From this page you can access your reservation using the PIN or the Confirmation Number of your reservation that you received by email or SMS.

On the booking summary page you can change or cancel your booking (cancellation is only possible if you have booked with the rate that allows it).
From the booking summary page you can perform the pre-checkin operations which will allow you quick access to the facility. In the pre-checkin you must provide the identification data of all guests and a copy of a valid identity document. At the disposal of the Italian public security authorities, these data must be provided when accessing hotel or tourist accommodation facilities.
