TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Maximum length of stay
It is not possible to book for a stay longer than eight nights.
2. Check-in and check-out times
Check-in time is from 3.00pm to 10.00pm. After 10.00 pm the customer must pay an extra fee of EUR 30.00 at check-in. The maximum check-out time is 10:00 in the morning, after this time the electronic keys to access the structure are disabled (maximum tolerance 30 minutes).
Upon check-out, please hand over the keys to the staff in charge or, in their absence, leave them visibly inside the apartment.
3. Customer registration
Italian legislation requires the customer to provide their personal details before accessing the facility, we will communicate this data to the public security authorities. In case of refusal to provide their identification data, the customer will not be able to access them.
Upon confirmation of the booking, the customer will receive via email a PIN and a link where they can carry out the pre-check-in operations by independently sending us a copy of an identity document, thus allowing them to carry out an immediate check-in upon arrival.
4. Cancellation or modification of reservation
Reservations on the BolognaHomes.it website can be canceled or modified up to five days before the arrival date (for example, if the arrival is scheduled for 05/25/2024, cancellation or modification is possible until 11.59 pm, time local, dated 19/05/2024). In case of late cancellation or no-show, the amount equal to the first night's stay will be charged.
5. Booking payment
All rates require payment in advance.
6. Cleaning
The apartments are cleaned every three days with linen and towels changed.
7. Tourist tax of the city of Bologna
The Municipality of Bologna imposes a mandatory tourist tax which must be collected by accommodation facilities and applies per person and per night with a maximum applicability of 5 nights. 8. Damage or loss
Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to rooms caused by themselves, their friends or anyone responsible for them.
9. Responsibility for guests' objects and valuables
Management is not responsible for guests' personal and valuable items, such as money, jewelry or other valuables left by guests in rooms.
10. NON-SMOKING apartments
SMOKING is strictly FORBIDDEN in the apartments on BolognaHomes.it.
Please respect this rule and do not book if you think you cannot respect it.
In case of violation of this rule, a special final cleaning fee of Euro 100 will be applied.
12. Additional Charges
Regardless of charging instructions, Guest acknowledges that they are personally responsible for payment of all charges accrued on Guest's behalf during the stay.
12. Jurisdiction
The competent court is that of Bologna.
