On BolognaHomes.it the payment methods are safe and can only be made by credit card. Credit card details are not managed by our site nor are they retained or memorized by us at any stage during payment.

Payments are made through two market leading providers that can be chosen by the customer:

• PayPal
• Stripes

During the payment processing, your credit card details are managed by the IT systems of these providers.

Reservations on the BolognaHomes.it website can be canceled or modified up to five days before the arrival date (for example, if the arrival is scheduled for 05/25/2024, cancellation or modification is possible until 11.59 pm, time local, dated 19/05/2024). In case of late cancellation or no-show, the amount equal to the first night's stay will be charged.
The cancellation policies cannot be modified, under any circumstances; To avoid such charges for unforeseen causes, we recommend that you take out insurance with your trusted company.

Check-in and Check-out times

Check-in time is from 3.00pm to 10.00pm. After 10.00 pm the customer must pay an extra fee of EUR 30.00 at check-in.

The maximum check-out time is 10:00 in the morning (10:00 AM), after this time the electronic keys to access the structure are disabled (maximum tolerance 30 minutes).
At check-out, please hand over the keys to the staff or, in his absence, leave them in a visible way inside the apartment.

Check-in can be done from 15:00.

Pre Check-in

From the booking summary page you can carry out the Pre Check-in operations which will allow you quick access to the structure. In the Pre Check-in you must provide the identification data of all the guests and a copy of a valid identity document. At the disposal of the Italian public security authorities, these data must be provided when accessing hotel or tourist accommodation facilities.

You can perform the Pre Check-in using the PIN or the booking number that you received following the booking confirmation.

Access to the Facility

If you have Pre Check-in to this page you will be able to access automated and guided way by telephone to the facility. Otherwise, an employee will meet you to complete the registration formalities (registration of identification documents) and delivery of the keys.

Our apartment is located in via Mascarella 104, the entrance to the condominium is located in the gallery (gallery, entrance door).

Please respect this rule and do not book if you think you cannot respect it.

In case of violation of this rule, a special final cleaning fee of Euro 100 will be applied.

The apartments are cleaned every three days with linen and towels changed.
